I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:

Senator Erin McGreehan - The need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to make a statement on the introduction of a digital accessibility grant to enable companies develop their websites and mobile applications in order to comply with the European Union (Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies) Regulations 2020.

Senator Lorraine Clifford-Lee - The need for the Minister for Justice to provide funding for a new women's refuge in north County Dublin.

Senator Mary Fitzpatrick - The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on the date for the awarding of the tender for the building of the new Gaelscoil Choláiste Mhuire on Dominick Street, Dublin 1.

Senator Barry Ward - The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs to make provision on Irish passports for the inclusion of parents' names on children's passports. Senator Malcolm Byrne - The need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on the fire at Wexford General Hospital and to outline his plans for the rebuilding of the hospital and the construction of the planned 96-bed unit.

Senator Fiona O'Loughlin - The need for the Minister for Transport to make a statement on the works undertaken to improve the public transport network, including the extension of short hop zones in light of the suggested congestion charges.

Senator Maria Byrne - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on a review of the eligibility criteria and the maximum allowable drawdowns for housing adaptation grants in light of increased costs.

Senator Robbie Gallagher - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the taking-in-charge of housing estates process.

Of the matters raised by the Senators suitable for discussion, I have selected Senators Erin McGreehan, Lorraine Clifford-Lee, Mary Fitzpatrick and Barry Ward, and they will be taken now. I regret that the matter raised by Senator Doherty had to be ruled out of order on the grounds that the Minister for Transport has no official responsibility in the matter. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
