With the indulgence of the House, before I call on the next speaker I welcome the President of Malta, H. E. Dr. George Vella, to the Distinguished Visitors Gallery. He is very welcome here today and I thank him very much for his visit. I know he has had a busy day today and has been with President Higgins and with the Taoiseach. On my own behalf and on behalf of Seanad Éireann, I extend to him a céad míle fáilte to Ireland. I wish him every success on the rest of his visit. In addition, I welcome to the House the Minister for Inclusion, Voluntary Organisations and Consumer Rights, the Honourable Julia Farrugia Portelli. The ambassador, H.E. Mr. Giovanni Buttigieg, is also welcome. I ask us all to welcome President Vella to the House.
