Senators Alice-Mary Higgins and Paul Gavan - The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to make a statement on whether Ireland has sought the exclusion of asset managers and institutional investors from the provisions of the proposed corporate sustainability due diligence directive and the position taken by Ireland during negotiations on the proposed directive.
