Dáil Éireann has passed the Electricity Costs (Domestic Electricity Accounts) Emergency Measures and Miscellaneous Provisions Bill 2022 on 12 October 2022, to which the agreement of Seanad Éireann is desired.

Before I call the Acting Leader to propose the Order of Business, I welcome Caroline and Martin Smith from Trim in County Meath to the Gallery. This year is the seventh anniversary of the loss of their son, Stephen. I know they are here because the Leader will propose an amendment to the Order of Business and introduce legislation which it is hoped will recognise the loss of their son. I thank them both for being with us here today. I call the Acting Leader to propose the Order of Business.
