I appreciate that the amendment has been ruled out of order. I will not prolong proceedings in the House. I hope that now that Senator Buttimer is in the Chair, it will confine him somewhat, but I wish to raise the issue hospital car parking charges, given that it was raised on Second Stage. My colleague in the North, former MLA Fra McCann, bought forward legislation to ban hospital car parking charges in the North. It was subsequently picked up by my colleague, Aisling Reilly MLA, and the legislation was passed. It can be done. It is a welcome piece of legislation that Sinn Féin has carried forward in the Assembly. I encourage the Minister to direct his officials to look at that legislation, if he has not done so already, to see if something similar can be done here. If not, perhaps it is an issue that we can pick up in the Seanad moving forward.
