I move:

That Seanad Éireann resolves that the Select Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach shall have the power to send for persons, papers and records included in its Orders of Reference for the sole and exclusive purpose of the examination of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform’s policies and procedures relating to the secondments of public servants.
