You are all very welcome to Leinster House. I hope you have a lovely day here.

I also welcome another group, Mr. Gavin McGowan, Ms Susan Meehan and Mr. Liam McBride, who are visiting Leinster House from Donegal. You are all very welcome. I hope you enjoy your day in Leinster House.

I propose, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that the sitting be suspended until 3.05 p.m. when the Minister of State, Deputy English, will be able to come to the House.

As the Minister of State has been delayed by a vote in the Dáil, it is proposed to suspend until 3.05 p.m. Is that agreed? Agreed.

Cuireadh an Seanad ar fionraí ar 2.55 p.m. agus cuireadh tús leis arís ar 3.05 p.m.

Sitting suspended at 2.55 p.m. and resumed at 3.05 p.m.
