I understand that the Acting Leader wishes to propose an amendment to the Order of Business.

I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in the order of the House of 16 December or in Standing Orders, Nos. 4a, 4band 4con the second Supplementary Order Paper be taken now, without debate.

Is that agreed?

Not agreed. I am sorry, but notice regarding the matter of the Joint Committee on Gender Equality was only given to the Members at 10 p.m. last night. I am wondering why that was. Some of the members of that committee were not notified of that meeting this morning.

This is just the proposal that we move ahead with these motions. The questions on each will be dealt with separately.

Okay. No problem at all. I thank the Acting Chair.

Question put and agreed to.
