Dáil Éireann has passed the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Bill 2019 on 3 December 2019, to which the agreement of Seanad Éireann is desired.

Before we suspend, I thank my esteemed Clerk and Clerk Assistant for their patience and endurance with everyone else while I was absent. They kept the ship afloat, for which I thank them.
