I have received notice from Senator Jennifer Murnane O'Connor that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to address the issue of waiting lists for chemotherapy treatment in Our Lady’s Children’s hospital, Crumlin.

I have also received notice from Senator Tim Lombard of the following matter:

The need for the Minster for Justice and Equality to provide an update on the reopening of the Garda station in Ballinspittle, County Cork.

I have also received notice from Senator Maura Hopkins of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to provide an update on the provision of Garda resources to Tarmonbarry, County Roscommon.

Of the matters raised by the Senators suitable for discussion, I have selected Senators Murnane O’Connor and Lombard and they will be taken now. I regret I had to rule out of order the matter submitted by Senator Hopkins on the ground that the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter.
