Before I call on the next speaker, I am sure Members will wish to join me in welcoming Her Excellency, Dr. Helena Dalli, Minister for European Affairs and Equality of Malta, who is paying a short visit to Ireland. She is accompanied by the Maltese ambassador to Ireland, His Excellency, Mr. Leonard Sacco. On my behalf and that of all my colleagues in Seanad Éireann, I extend a very warm welcome to Dr. Dalli and good wishes for a very successful visit to Ireland.
