I propose, notwithstanding the order of the House, that the proceedings on No. 3, statements on the report of the Seanad Public Consultation Committee entitled Report on Children's Mental Health Services, shall adjourn at 4 p.m., if not previously concluded.

In other words, it would roll on to another day. Otherwise, people may be cut short. If people do not get in today, it can be dealt on another occasion. The statements will not conclude today, they will be adjourned. Is that agreed? Agreed.
