I have received notice from Senator James Reilly that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to provide an update on the national community-based CCTV grant scheme in advance of the introduction of the general data protection regulation on 25 May 2018.

I have also received notice from Senator Colm Burke of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to outline the timeline for the upgrade of community hospitals in the Cork area, in particular in Millstreet and Kanturk.

I have also received notice from Senator Victor Boyhan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government to outline his plans for the establishment of a regulator for the approved housing body sector.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion. The matters raised by Senators Reilly and Burke will be taken now. Senator Boyhan had been selected but subsequently withdrew his matter.
