I have notice from Senator Billy Lawless that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to outline whether children of returning emigrants are eligible for free third level fees.

I have also received notice from Senator Gerald Nash of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to review the mechanism whereby taxi licences can be transferred to family members in the event of the death of the licenceholder.

I have also received notice from Senator Pádraig Mac Lochlainn of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation to make a statement on whether the growth in IDA Ireland supported jobs in County Donegal since 2000 is less than half the national average.

I have also received notice from Senator Maura Hopkins of the following matter:

The need for the Minister of State with responsibility for mental health and older people to provide an update on the measures being taken by the Health Service Executive following the recent Mental Health Commission report regarding the Roscommon inpatient mental health unit.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion and they will be taken now.
