That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the representation on governing bodies for regions served by a college outside of the functional areas of an education and training board in which the college is situated; for that purpose to amend section 6 of the Regional Technical Colleges Act 1992; and to provide for related matters.
