Before we begin the Order of Business I would like to correct the record of the House. During yesterday's Seanad discussion of the situation in Catalonia the Minister of State, Deputy Cannon, stated that the Taoiseach had met the Spanish Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, on the fringe of a recent Council of Europe meeting. The Taoiseach was not, in fact, able to meet Prime Minister Rajoy on that occasion.
