I have received notice from Senator Jennifer Murnane O'Connor that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to indicate when the building of Knockbeg College, County Carlow, will commence.

I have also received notice from Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to take urgent and immediate action to end the unacceptable delays in processing GLAS and AEOS payments and to provide a full update on the current payment schemes.

I have also received notice from Senator Catherine Noone of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Social Protection to expedite implementation of the Civil Registration (Amendment) Act 2014 which provides for a record of deaths abroad to be maintained by the General Register Office.

I have also received notice from Senator Martin Conway of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs to increase funding for the Mid-West Rape Crisis Network to secure its vitally important service in Ennis and allow it to provide an outreach clinic in Kilrush where it has identified a need for such services.

I have also received notice from Senator Colm Burke of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to put in place a scheme, whereby transport would be provided for those with intellectual and physical disabilities to enable them to attend day care facilities.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion. I have selected the matters raised by Senators Jennifer Murnane O'Connor, Brian Ó Domhnaill, Catherine Noone and Martin Conway and they will be taken now. Senator Colm Burke may give notice on another day of the matter he wishes to raise.
