I move:

That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:Companies Act 2014 (Section 1313) Regulations 2016,copies of which were laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 19th January, 2016 be referred to the Joint Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in accordance with Standing Order 70A(3)(j), which, not later than 28th January, 2016, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 73, and Standing Order 75(2) shall accordingly apply.
