I have received notice from Senator Pat O'Neill that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to state how many inspections have been carried out since the commencement of the targeted agricultural modernisation scheme, TAMS II, dairy scheme and whether there are plans to increase the rate of these inspections so that works may commence.

I have also received notice from Senator Kathryn Reilly of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to discuss the waiting times for joint physiotherapy and occupational therapy assessment in the Health Service Executive, HSE, particularly in Counties Cavan and Monaghan, and what is being done to alleviate this.

I have also received notice from Senator Catherine Noone of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs to clarify the issue of a second year of free child care for children who are currently receiving their first year of free child care.

I have also received notice from Senator Mark Daly of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources to increase funding for Inland Fisheries Ireland to enable it to increase current levels of staff to the full number as laid down in the employment framework cap, without Inland Fisheries Ireland having to take its wages from the current budget level.

I have also received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh of the following matter:

An gá atá ann go soláthróidh an tAire Comhshaoil, Pobail agus Rialtais Áitiúil an t-eolas is déanaí faoin obair atá ar bun ag an Údarás Clárúcháin Maoine ar Chlárlann na Talún i ndáil leis an iniúchadh ar fhóiliónna i limistéir chósta a bhfuil cearta bainte feamainne ag gabháil leo.

I have also received notice from Senator Lorraine Higgins of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources to include the N66 from the 7 Eye Bridge at Kilaspic, Kilchreest, Loughrea to Peterswell Cross in the national broadband plan.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion. I have selected the matters raised by Senators O'Neill, Reilly and Daly and they will be taken now. Senator Noone has withdrawn her Commencement matter which I had selected. Senators Ó Clochartaigh and Higgins may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
