I have received notice from Senator Kathryn Reilly that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to discuss her Department's priorities for the six-year investment programme from 2016 to 2021, what school building projects outside the five-year construction programme may be given funding arising from this and the eligibility criteria for projects to access this funding.

I have also received notice from Senator Mary White of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources to clarify whether it is possible for constituents to appeal their Eircode when it is different to the property’s geographical address.

I have also received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh of the following matter:

An gá atá ann go dtabharfaidh an tAire Sláinte míniú cén chaoi a bheartaítear dul i ngleic leis an ngéarchéim reatha sna seirbhisí meabharshláinte i nGaillimh agus i Ros Comáin.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion and they will be taken now.
