Before I call the Order of Business, I would like to propose a vote of sympathy on the deaths of the many young people who were killed in San Francisco this morning. I think we should all rise for a minute's silence. It is suggested that five people are dead and eight people are very seriously injured. Our hearts go out to the relatives of all involved and all who are there. I am sure the Government will do everything possible to assist the families in this very dark hour.
