I have received notice from Senator Colm Burke that he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to clarify why Selincro Nalmefene, an innovative treatment which was found to be cost effective and received a positive recommendation by the National Centre for Pharmacoeconomics on 8 April 2014, has not yet been introduced under the HSE drug payment or reimbursement scheme for persons who are alcohol dependent.
I regard the matter raised by the Senator as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
