I have received notice from Senator Marie Moloney that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to explain why the national car testing service will not accept a genuine reason from a client as to why he did not return for re-inspection within the specified time and why the national car testing service will not give a written response to a query in this regard.
I regret I have to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Moloney as the Minister has no official responsibility in this regard.
