I have notice from Senator Martin Conway, that on the motion for the Adjournment today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to reopen the existing facility at St. Joseph's Hospital, Ennis, County Clare, which was built to provide respite and long-term care for patients suffering from dementia.
I have also received notice from Senator Fidelma Healy Eames of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to work with Galway City Council to provide funding for the overall redevelopment of Salthill promenade to take account of the totality of needs, leisure and flood defences.
I regard the matter raised by Senator Conway as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.

I regret that I have had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Healy Eames, as the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter.
