Senator Feargal Quinn has proposed an amendment to the Order of Business, "That No. 14, Critical Utilities (Security of Supply) Bill 2013, be taken before No. 1." The Leader has indicated that he wishes to accept the amendment. Is the amendment agreed to? Agreed.

Senator David Cullinane has proposed an amendment to the Order of Business, "That a debate with the Minister for Arts, Heritage and Gaeltacht Affairs on the resignation of the Irish Language Commissioner be taken today." Is the amendment being pressed?
