I have received notice from Senator Mark Daly that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to state whether any regulatory impact assessment has been carried out on the nursing home sector.
I have also received notice from Senator Martin Conway of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to clarify the reason a commercial vehicle may only obtain a six-month commercial vehicle roadworthiness certificate from the Road Safety Authority following a period during which the vehicle was off the road and the reason for the delay in issuing a commercial vehicle roadworthiness certificate following a successful commercial vehicle roadworthiness test.
I have also received notice from Senator Rónán Mullen of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Finance to update the House on the takeover of Newbridge Credit Union by Permanent TSB and to inform the House of the measures, if any, the Government has put in place to deal with other credit unions which may be in financial difficulty.
I have also received notice from Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to delay the commencement of the Local Government Bill 2013 until adequate consultation takes place with every town and borough council.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
