I wish to amend the Order of Business so that No. 1, the Social Welfare and Pensions (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2013 - Committee Stage, will be adjourned at 1.55 p.m. if not previously concluded; and that No. 3, Private Members' business, Public Health (Availability of Defibrillators) Bill 2013, will be taken at 5 p.m. and conclude no later than 7 p.m, which makes it half an hour later than was announced on the Order of Business.

Is that agreed? Agreed.

Does that reduce the amount of time devoted to this Bill?

It is not reducing the time. The Bill is being adjourned at 1.55 p.m. and we will be coming back to it. It was originally ordered to finish at 2.15 p.m. and it will now adjourn 1.55 p.m. but it will not be concluded.

Are we coming back to it today?
