I have received notice from Senator Cáit Keane that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to discuss the fact there is no legislation or regulations in place to facilitate the orderly transfer of personnel bilaterally between the Garda Síochána and the Police Service of Northern Ireland and the absence of any guarantee, or written provision, that the personnel who do opt to transfer can be assured they can resume their positions and employment with an Garda Síochána, having completed their service.
I have also received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh of the following matter:
Go dtabharfaidh an tAire Oideachas agus Scileanna soiléiriú maidir leis na fiosrúcháin atá ar bun ag a Roinn, faoi na líomhaintí ionsaithe gnéis atá déanta maidir le h-iar-cheannasaí ar Choláiste Samhraidh agus múinteoir, cé na téarmaí tagartha atá aontaithe, cén amscála atá beartaithe chuige agus cén uair atá súil go bhfoilseofar na tuairiscí go poiblí.
I have also received notice from Senator Lorraine Higgins of the following matter:
To ask Minister for Health if he will indicate when Portumna medical centre will reopen for the use and benefit of the people of Portumna and its surrounding hinterland; and if he will intervene to expedite the matter.
I have also received notice from Senator Averil Power of the following matter:
To ask the Minister for Health to outline what he intends to do to address the chaotic situation in the Dublin North mental health service; and to make a statement on the matter.
I have also received notice from Senator Fidelma Healy Eames of the following matter:
To ask the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources to ensure that Galway Bay is on a priority list for an oyster fishing plan for 2013.
I have also received notice from Senator Martin Conway of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to indicate the progress being made on an offer of Leader grant funding to the Tommy White Memorial Community Centre, Moy, Lahinch, County Clare.
I have also received notice from Senator Denis Landy of the following matter:
To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and Gaeltacht Affairs if he can arrange with the National Museum of Ireland to transfer the collection of gold coins that was recently discovered in Carrick-on-Suir back to Carrick-on-Suir for a once-off, one-day event to enable these coins to be exhibited, possibly in the Tudor Manor.
I regard the matters raised by Senators Keane, Ó Clochartaigh, Higgins and Power as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. I regret I have had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Landy as the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter. Senators Healy Eames and Conway may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
