I move:

That the proposal that Seanad approves the following Order in draft:Employment Equality Act, 1998 (section 12) (Church of Ireland College of Education) Order 2013,a copy of which Order in draft was laid before Seanad Éireann on 4th June, 2013, be referred to the Joint Committee on Education and Social Protection, in accordance with Standing Order 70A(3), which, not later than 25th June, 2013, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 73, and Standing Order 75(2) shall accordingly apply."
