It is almost 7.30 p.m. and we had agreed to adjourn at this stage. I propose we extend the time and that we conclude Committee Stage at 8.30 p.m. if not already concluded.
Is that agreed?

Question, "That the time for Committee Stage be extended until 8.30 p.m.", put and declared carried.
That is a different question to that put by the Leader.
The Leader said he was extending the time until 8.30 p.m.
Okay, with no guillotine.
We will conclude no later than 8.30 p.m., if not already concluded.
It is not agreed. We are not agreeing to any guillotine of this legislation. I am not trying to delay this. It is a point of principle. We may not need the time, but there should be no guillotine.
I already put the question to extend the time and it was carried.
