I have received notice from Senator Colm Burke that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to clarify the up-to-date position in respect of the negotiations between the HSE, his Department and the Medical Council to enable doctors who are employed in the supervised division to now be registered in the general division, thereby allowing them to continue working in Ireland.
I have also received notice from Senator Mary Ann O'Brien of the following matter:
The need for the Minister of Health to outline the further action he intends to take to address the large variations in drug prices nationwide as revealed in the recent survey published by the National Consumer Agency.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
