I have received notice from Senator Kathryn Reilly that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice and Law Reform to discuss the need for cross-Border co-operation to monitor and prevent dangerous and anti-social driving practices on the N54-A3 concession road; the discussions that have taken place at the North-South Ministerial Council on same; and if he has had discussions with An Garda Siochána on this issue.
I have also received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Health to outline the precise measures in hand to ensure proper oversight by the HSE of the home help scheme, in so far as the quality of care administered under the scheme is concerned, and the measures in hand in this regard in the HSE West region.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
