Before proceeding with the next item, Members will join with me in welcoming a parliamentary delegation from China, led by His Excellency Wang Gang, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
