I have received notice from Senator Marie Moloney that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Social Protection to consider extending the period for return of the formal medical review of domiciliary care allowance.

I have also received notice from Senator Thomas Byrne of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to outline his views on the decision by An Bord Pleanála to refuse permission for the N2-Slane bypass and to outline the measures the Government intends to take to deal with this rejection in light of the urgent need for this project especially with regard to the safety of motorists and pedestrians.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
