I have received notice from Senator Paul Bradford that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to ensure the income guidelines on the medical card eligibility of Alzheimer's disease sufferers allow an appropriate allowance for home care costs.

I have also received notice from Senator Mark Daly of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Social Protection to clarify the excessive six-month processing time for redundancy payments and the steps being taken to reduce this waiting time.

I have also received notice from Senator Averil Power of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to rule out the closure or downsizing of the Garda stations serving the Dublin North-East constituency.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
