I have received notice from Senator Colm Burke that he proposes to raise the following matter on the Adjournment of the House today:

The need for the Minister for Finance to clarify the situation relating to NAMA loans-properties and compliance with Part V of the Planning and Development Act; and to outline what he proposes to do to address this issue.

I have also received notice from Senator David Cullinane of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to provide funding as a matter of urgency to remediate the pier at Helvick, County Waterford.

I have also received notice from Senator Kathryn Reilly of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to provide an update on the investigation into fraud at NCT centres and to outline what has been done to ensure that no car passes the NCT fraudulently.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
