I propose an amendment to the Order of Business, that we suspend the sitting until 9 p.m., at which time No. 2a on the Supplementary Order Paper circulated to all Members will be taken, to conclude by 9.30 p.m and on which Senators may speak for five minutes.

On a point of order, will an hour be sufficient? If the Leader believes an hour will be enough, we are willing to co-operate in every way possible.
