I propose amendments to the Order of Business. I thank the Cathaoirleach, the Leas-Chathaoirleach, leaders, the Whips and the clerk of the House for their co-operation. It is proposed that Second Stage of No. 3, Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Bill 2009, shall conclude at 6.30 p.m., with the Minister to be called upon for concluding comments at 6.20 p.m. It is also proposed that all Stages of No. a4 on the Supplementary Order Paper, Compulsory Purchase Orders (Extension of Time Limits) Bill 2010, shall be taken at 7.30 p.m. and conclude not later than 8 p.m., on Second Stage of which spokespersons may speak for three minutes. It is further proposed that Committee Stage of No. 3, Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Bill 2009, shall commence at 8 p.m., with progress to be reviewed at midnight. The business of the House shall be interrupted some time between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. to take No. b4 on the Supplementary Order Paper, Compulsory Purchase Orders (Extension of Time Limits) Bill 2010, earlier signature motion, as signature is required before midnight. The business of the House shall be interrupted between 6.40 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.

The Leader stated the business of the House would be interrupted " some time between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m." Can he be more specific?

I can definitely order that it be taken at 9.50 p.m., with the agreement of the House.

For reasons of clarity, at what time is Second Stage of the Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Bill 2009 due to conclude?

It is due to conclude at 6.30 p.m., with the Minister to be called at 6.20 p.m. for concluding comments. As I understand it, there will be a vote, followed by a sos from 6.40 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
