On a point of order, I do not accept that the motion should be accepted without debate.

An Cathaoirleach: The Order of Business has been agreed to.

The elections have been postponed for three years.

That is not a point of order. It has been agreed that the motion which has been referred from the Joint Committee on Communications, Energy and Natural Resources will be taken without debate.
