I propose the following amendment to the Order of Business: that the debate on Committee Stage of the Criminal Procedure Bill 2009 shall adjourn at 3.30 p.m. and resume next Wednesday, if not previously concluded, and that the Labour Services (Amendment) Bill 2009 — Committee and Remaining Stages, shall be taken from 3.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. and resume after Private Members' business at 7 p.m, if not previously concluded.
