I have notice from Senator Joe O'Reilly that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to make a statement on the proposed removal of the special class from St. Anne's primary school, Bailieborough, County Cavan.

I have also received notice from Senator Fidelma Healy Eames of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to outline the implementation plan for Clifden sewage treatment plant and Clifden water scheme.

I regard the matter raised by Senator O'Reilly as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business. I regret I have had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Healy Eames as the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter.
