I have received notice from Senator Fidelma Healy Eames that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she wishes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to review the unique staffing position at Claddaghduff national school, Connemara, County Galway.

I have also received notice from Senator Pearse Doherty of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to deploy additional Garda personnel to stations in Donegal in order for the gardaí to be better equipped to respond to increased levels of crime, with particular reference to the latest spate of robberies in the area.

I have also received notice from Senator Eugene Regan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to confirm the current status, including the availability of funding, of the proposed development of the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dún Laoghaire, as provided for in the National Development Plan 2007-2013 and confirmed by the Department of Health and Children on 23 January 2007.

I have also received notice from Senator Cecilia Keaveney of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to give an update on how well the towns of Buncrana, Moville, Greencastle, Clonmany and Ballyliffen fulfil European standards in regard to waste water and the processes that are in place between the local authorities and his Department to ensure such regulation compliance.

I have also received notice from Senator Joe O'Reilly of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to outline his proposals for the refurbishment at St. Aidan's comprehensive school, Cootehill, County Cavan.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Healy Eames, Doherty and Regan as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senators Keaveney and O'Reilly may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
