I welcome the Minister of State with responsibility for Europe, Deputy Dick Roche, back to the House. No. 1 on the Order of Business is An Bille um Ochtú Leasú is Fiche ar an mBunreacht 2008: An Dara Céim — the Twenty-eight Amendment of the Constitution Bill 2008: Second Stage. No. 18 is a motion pursuant to section 23 of the Referendum Act 1994 prescribing a formal statement for the information of voters to be included on the polling card and will be debated in conjunction with Second Stage of the Bill. It will be formally moved when the debate on the Bill is concluded.
