I have received notice from Senator de Búrca that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to outline whether any plans exist to review the permission for the Depo Provera drug in Ireland, given that it received a black box warning by the US Food and Drug Administration.

I have received notice from Senator Corrigan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport and the Marine to outline the up-to-date position on the feasibility study as announced by him earlier this year for provision of the LUAS to the Rathfarnham area.

I have received notice from Senator Donohoe of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to make a statement on the current conditions and future plans for Gaelscoil Bhara, Cabra, Dublin 7.

I have received notice from Senator Hannigan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to clarify her intentions in relation to the implementation of the recommendations contained within the McIver report of the steering group to the PLC review of 2003.

I have received notice from Senator Ross of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to outline the Government's plans for water fluoridation.

I regard the matters raised as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected the matters raised by Senators de Búrca, Corrigan and Donohoe and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senators Hannigan and Ross may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
