I move:

That Seanad Éireann, in accordance with section 31(6) of the Disability Act 2005, approves of the sectoral plans which have been prepared by the following Ministers:

Minister for Health and Children,

Minister for Social and Family Affairs,

Minister for Transport,

Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources,

Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government,

Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment,

copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 20th July, 2006.
