I have received notice from Senator O'Brien that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to ensure that the current services at Monaghan General Hospital are retained and upgraded as required.

I have also received notice from Senator Finucane of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to clarify the steps he intends to take to replace the jobs lost in Castlemahon Foods Limited following the appointment of a liquidator and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
