I propose an amendment to the Order of Business, that we discuss the statements on the recent Supreme Court judgment on statutory rape from now until 8.15 p.m., that speakers have ten minutes each and that they can share their time, that there be one slot per group and that the Minister, if he so desires, be called no later than five minutes before the end of the statements.
