I have received notice from Senator Finucane that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to provide appropriate school transport for the students of the Galbally area who attend the second level school in Tipperary town and the pupils in Lisvernane primary school as the existing vehicle is old and is subject to breakdowns, and no safety belts are available for the safety of the pupils.

I have also received notice from Senator Dooley of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to give due consideration to the integrity of County Clare's county boundary in his consideration of the application by Limerick City Council to extend its boundary.

I have also received notice from Senator Feighan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to outline the measures to be taken for psychiatric services in County Roscommon and if there will be a reduction in services in the future.

I have also received notice from Senator Bannon of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs to give an update on the application for grant aid made by the National Learning Network, Longford, under the programme of grants for locally-based community and voluntary organisations.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected the matters raised by Senators Finucane, Dooley and Feighan and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. SenatorBannon may give notice on another day of the matter he wishes to raise.
