I have received notice from Senator Terry that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to report on the steps she has taken to tackle the health and safety issues and class size problems in St. Brigid's national school, Beechpark, Castleknock.

I have also received notice from Senator Morrissey on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to extend the community mothers' programme to the greater Blanchardstown area, which has been operating in the Dublin area for the past seven years.

I have also received notice from Senator Jim Walsh on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to make a statement outlining the up-to-date position on the provision of additional bed space and other improvements at Wexford General Hospital.

I have also received notice from Senator Feighan on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to outline the position on the proposed works on the N5, especially at the Rathcroghan heritage site between Tulsk and Frenchpark, County Roscommon.

I have also received notice from Senator Norris on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to take action as a result of a general system complaint about the State's failure to enforce uniform planning regulations, illustrated by the case of the Sawmills in County Offaly, which was refused retention permission by An Bord Pleanála almost two years ago, and which has been drawn to his attention by the authorities of the environmental section of the European Union.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Terry, Morrissey and Jim Walsh as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. I regret I must rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Feighan, as the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government has no official responsibility on the matter, and also the matter raised by Senator Norris, which is sub judice.
