With the agreement of the House, I propose to alter the Order of Business to allow Report Stage to continue until 11.45 a.m.

In addition, it was agreed on the Order of Business that party spokespersons would speak for ten minutes when we resume statements on planning and related issues. It has been brought to my attention that two spokespersons, Senators McCarthy and Brady, have not yet spoken. I propose that they be permitted to speak for 15 minutes, as is the custom for official spokespersons.

That is correct. I propose that Senator McCarthy, the Labour Party spokesperson, who has not spoken be allowed to speak for 15 minutes.
